Chancroid
Chancroid is caused by the bacterium Haemophilus Ducreyi. Initially, it appears as a little damage, which is very fast in developing corrosive and painful ulcer with irregular edges, which can even lead to inguinal lymphadenitis.
Treatment involves washing with soap, water and camomile, and antibiotic treatment with erythromycin, amoxicillin or ciprofloxacin, while when not subside suspected resistant strains of the microbe and require parenteral treatment.
